ivault officially landed in Vienna and the city responded with genuine excitement. The launch night wasn’t just a press demo, it was a celebration of sustainability, community, and a shared vision for the future of living.
We were honored to welcome local celebrities, sustainability advocates, Web3 builders, and Austrian media insiders, all coming together to explore a better, smarter way to rent, lend, and share everyday items powered by the blockchain.
Taking the stage, our founder Arman Sarhaddar shared why Vienna was the natural first step for ivault’s expansion.
Because this city already gets it. Vienna is young, international, and sustainability-minded. It leads in recycling, public transport, and local innovation. With more than 1.9 million residents and thousands of students, it’s the perfect environment for a sharing-based economy.
From Libraries of Things to local zero-waste shops, Vienna has already built a culture of sharing. ivault makes it easier, faster, and more rewarding.
Guests got a first‑hand look at the app, scanning QR codes, installing on‑site, and playing with listings to rent or lend things like tools, event gear, and everyday items.
Conversation buzzed around sustainability, conscious consumption, and how sharing, not owning, can reshape our lifestyle.
Feedback was loud and clear: people were impressed by the simplicity of the platform, excited by the idea of earning eco‑points and eventually IVT tokens, and genuinely curious about using the app to reduce waste and build community.
Our first event in Vienna was a proper test of how ivault fits into everyday life, and it clicked. It wasn’t just about showing off the app, but about starting something local and practical: a way to share more, own less, and make smarter use of what we already have.
The interest and conversations that night showed us we’re not alone in thinking there’s a better way to live, one that’s more sustainable, more social, and more sensible.
If you weren’t there, you can still join in: download the app, explore local listings, and start sharing today. Got stuff collecting dust? Upload it and start earning eco‑points.
We’re just getting started and Vienna is only the beginning. Our goal is to bring ivault to more cities across Europe, connecting communities through smarter, more sustainable ways to live.
